For over twenty years, the Race 4 Riley has supported the premier children's hospital in Indiana, Riley Hospital for Children. 100% of every dollar raised throughout the Race 4 Riley events goes directly to the Riley Children's Foundation!

Riley Hospital for Children is Indiana’s only comprehensive hospital dedicated exclusively to the care of children and outstanding pediatric medical research.  Each year, children from all 92 counties visit Riley Hospital and its regional clinics throughout the state more than 323,000 times.

Approximately 60% of Riley patients are on Medicaid or uninsured.  Riley is every Indiana children’s hospital.  Since Riley Hospital opened in 1924, families have known they can count on and trust Riley to care for their children.

Over 20 years ago, John Andretti and Dave “The King” Wilson realized they could leverage their public personalities in a way that would benefit these Riley families.  Together, they started Race 4 Riley and engaged the racing community and its partners to help them raise money for the hospital.  Since its inception, the event has grown and brought on many incredible partners.

In 2020, the cumulative fundraising total for Race 4 Riley surpassed the $5 million mark!  But, as the Race 4 Riley team would tell you, this is still not enough.  We are grateful to the Race 4 Riley crew, sponsors, and an amazing group of volunteers who commit themselves to continuing the success of Race 4 Riley, bringing hope to thousands of Riley kids!
